【环球网报道 记者 闫珮云】据美国《纽约时报》报道，美国空军当地时间25日表示，正试图打捞驻韩美军下属联队日前在韩国群山附近海域坠落的一架MQ-9“死神”无人机。
美军方发言人当天证实，该无人机目前尚未被找回，坠机原因及受损程度仍在调查中。
报道提到，MQ-9无人机是美国军火库中最昂贵、最先进的无人机之一，2022年平均每单架造价达2800万美元。MQ-9是察打一体无人机，通常在1.2万米以上高空飞行，既能执行侦察监视任务，也可挂载导弹打击地面目标。
驻韩美军第7航空队下属的第8战斗机联队此前一天通报，隶属于第431远征侦察飞行队的一架美国空军MQ-9无人机当地时间24日4时35分在执行定期任务时在韩国群山附近海域坠毁。事故没有造成民间财产损失，也没有人员在事故中受伤，事故原因目前正在调查中。
