11月27日，海螺材料科技（02560）发布公告，宣布与海螺水泥及安徽技术进出口签订了新的框架协议，涉及水泥外加剂及混凝土外加剂的供应和销售。
新海螺水泥水泥外加剂供应协议的期限为2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日，年度上限为7亿元。根据历史数据，截至2025年10月31日，该协议下的实际交易金额约为5.24亿元。
同时，新海螺水泥混凝土外加剂框架协议的年度上限为1.6亿元，涵盖的期限也为2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日。截止到2025年10月31日，该框架协议下的实际交易金额约为5960万元。出口销售及服务框架协议的年度上限为9000万元，实际交易金额为3690万元。
由于上述协议的交易年度上限均超出5%，因此需要遵循上市规则第14A章的相关规定，公告中还提到将召开临时股东会以供独立股东考虑和批准新框架协议及相关年度上限。
