智通财经APP讯，重庆机电(02722)发布公告，于2025年11月27日，公司与卓越公司(控股股东的全资附属公司)签订了资产转让协议，据此，本公司同意出售及卓越公司同意收购升普科技标的资产组，代价为人民币488.54万元。
根据资产转让协议，标的资产组为升普科技所运营的“重庆机电采购交易平台”相关业务项下的特定资产及对应负债。“重庆机电采购交易平台”是集采购、支付、合同、开票、数据为一体的综合性服务平台。
为进一步推进聚焦主业、增强战略及业务协同，落实本集团战略发展规划，进一步整合资源，把非本集团主业的资产剥离本集团主体，集中精力把本集团业务持续围绕高端装备业务板块，以致持续提升发展质量，增强本集团的竞争力，为股东创造长期价值。
