智通财经APP讯，信保环球控股(00723)发布截至2025年9月30日止6个月中期业绩，该集团取得收入4218.6万港元，同比减少57.22%;公司拥有人应占溢利405.6万港元，去年同期则取得亏损885.3万港元;每股盈利0.37港仙。
公告称，本集团取得溢利主要可归因于本集团的木材供应链营运(木材供应链营运)取得亏损，此乃主要由于中国房地产市场需求持续疲弱、地缘政治不稳定、美国关税政策的不确定性、边际利润受压、欧洲营运成本飙升及若干应收贸易款项的减值亏损;本集团的放债营运取得亏损，此乃主要由于其贷款组合规模缩减导致收入下跌以及若干应收贷款及抵债资产的减值亏损;及按公平值计入损益(按公平值计入损益)的财务资产的公平值收益净额及出售/赎回按公平值计入损益的财务资产的收益净额的综合影响所致。
