南方财经11月27日电，天眼查工商信息显示，近日，华润悦电（江苏）新能源有限公司成立，法定代表人为周兆明，注册资本13亿人民币，经营范围包括风力发电技术服务、太阳能发电技术服务、储能技术服务等，由华润电力新能源投资有限公司、悦达投资（600805）等共同持股。同日，华润悦海（江苏）新能源有限公司成立，法定代表人为周兆明，注册资本10亿人民币，经营范围包括风力发电技术服务、太阳能发电技术服务、储能技术服务等，由华润电力新能源投资有限公司、悦达投资（600805）等共同持股。
