智通财经APP讯，博骏教育(01758)发布公告，与截至2024年8月31日止年度取得的亏损约人民币4030万元相比，预期集团于截至2025年8月31日止年度取得净亏损约人民币1.773亿元至人民币2.167亿元。
董事会认为，本年度亏损进一步增加主要由于职教板块收入减少以及职业教育板块资产组减值。截至2025年8月31日止年度公司取得收入约人民币3.788亿元，较截至2024年8月31日止年度减少约人民币5100万元，而公司取得职教板块收入较截至2024年8月31日止年度减少约人民币3450万元。具体而言，(i)中职收入减少约人民币1770万元，这主要由于普高持续扩招，造成结构性生源减少;及(ii)高职收入减少约人民币1680万元，截至2025年8月31日止年度学籍人数较截至2024年8月31日止年度持平，收入减少主要由于受国家职业教育资金投入结构性调整，本年度地方财政对高职院校的补贴基数实行压缩。
基于截至2025年8月31日止年度职业教育板块经营业绩的下滑，管理层对职业教育板块资产组进行了减值测试，本年度确认了商誉减值以及物业、厂房及设备和使用权资产减值。
