汇丰发布研报称，随着紫金黄金国际旗下各矿山产量增加，公司在未来数年将进入增长阶段，这得益于其强劲的资产负债表；而公司良好的成本控制及成功扭转业绩不佳资产的往绩，为利润率提供支持；汇研首予紫金黄金国际“买入”评级，目标价178港元；估计金价每上涨1%，意味着收益约有1.4%的上升空间。
法巴则表示，紫金黄金国际是中国最大的金矿开采商，黄金储量全球排名第九位；该行首次覆盖紫金黄金国际，评级“跑赢大市”，并对其强劲的产量增长、在全球市场内具竞争力的资源品质、稳健的营运纪录及透过收购创造价值的强大能力持乐观态度。法巴预计，未来12个月金价将维持在每盎司约3,750美元的水平。
