微创医疗（00853）盘中涨超4%，截至发稿，股价上涨3.79%，现报11.22港元，成交额9133.88万港元。
根据香港联交所11月27日披露的文件，11月24日，摩根大通增持微创医疗8906.04万股普通股股份，价值约9.3亿港元。增持后，摩根大通最新持股数目为2.76亿股股份，好仓比例由9.79%升至14.44%。
美银证券此前发布研报称，重申微创医疗“买入”评级，因其风险回报具吸引力，公司拥有多元化的高价值耗材产品组合，其中手术机器人业务将成为未来关键增长动力，该行预期手术机器人于2034年将贡献19%总收入。另外，该行认为微创医疗股东上实集团可能会提供财务及业务支持，并会着手于公司的治理架构。公司亦正在化解流动性忧虑，而且透过成本控管及处置非核心资产，有望自2026年上半年起实现盈利。
