智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，11月27日，澳博控股(00880)股东将股票存入法国巴黎银行，存仓市值10.18亿港元，占比5.37%。
瑞银发布研报称，澳博控股宣布斥17.5亿港元收购凯旋门酒店，当中包括1.75亿港元用于股份收购，以及约17.5亿港元用于代表卖方梁安琪偿还债务。瑞银给予澳博“沽出”评级，目标价2.8港元，并认为此次收购对澳博有利。
