Viridis Mining and Minerals (ASX:VMM) has requested an immediate voluntary suspension of its shares pending a response to an Australian Securities Exchange price and volume query and media speculation over its preliminary license approval, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company expects the suspension to continue until it provides its response or trading resumes on Dec. 1, whichever comes first, per the filing.
