Kelly Partners Adds New South Wales Accounting Firm to Kelly+Partners Group

Kelly Partners Group Holdings (ASX:KPG) said it executed legal agreements with an accounting firm that operates in the Southern Highlands, New South Wales, to join the Kelly+Partners Group, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

Kelly Partners purchased a stake of 50.1% in the firm, while two existing Kelly Partners' operating partners will own 49.9%. The completion date for the transaction is Dec. 5.

The two current partners of the business will continue as consultants to the business and have committed to a minimum three-year period.
