消息面上，据财联社报道，受AI驱动高端PCB需求激增，作为PCB关键基材的覆铜板迎来结构性机遇，部分高阶品类成为紧俏货，价格同步上涨。建滔积层板等厂商年内已多次提涨产品价格，成本压力、需求红利成为涨价的重要推手。近日，南亚新材和华正新材公司证券部工作人员均称，目前产能利用率处于高位，10月份有过调价动作。此外，有行业厂商目前仍分批对不同覆铜板产品价格进行调整。
兴业研究认为，AI覆铜板成为推动行业新一轮增长的引擎，据测算2025年AI覆铜板市场(AI服务器、交换机、光模块)规模为22亿美元，同比增长100%，预计2026年因ASIC放量和英伟达新产品覆铜板升级为M9，AI覆铜板市场将达到34亿美元，同比增长60%，至2028年则有望达到58亿美元，2024-2028年AI 覆铜板复合增长率为52%。
