据知情人士称，华纳兄弟探索公司已要求潜在买家在12月1日前提交改进后的收购要约。

　　华纳兄弟探索公司上个月表示，正在研究出售方案。自那以来，该公司收到了竞争对手派拉蒙天空之舞、康卡斯特和奈飞的初步收购要约。

　　消息人士称，在评估了任何改进后的要约后，华纳兄弟可能会与其中一家竞购者进入排他性讨论阶段。

　　派拉蒙预计将竞购华纳兄弟探索公司的所有业务，包括其有线电视网络。派拉蒙的出价得到了其控股股东、亿万富翁甲骨文联合创始人拉里·埃里森的支持，他是世界上最富有的人之一。

　　根据Comscore的数据，这一潜在的合并将增强派拉蒙在电影院的影响力，使其在北美影院市场占有32%的份额，并通过将HBO Max与派拉蒙+结合起来，加强其流媒体服务。

　　自从今年9月派拉蒙有意收购华纳兄弟探索公司的消息传出以来，华纳兄弟的股价已经飙升了83%。该股周二收于22.96美元。

　　这家媒体巨头此前宣布计划分拆为两家上市公司，将其工作室和流媒体业务从衰落的有线电视网络中分离出来。
