Fluence (ASX:FLC) said Osvaldo Llanes will join the firm as chief financial officer, effective Dec. 1, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Meanwhile, Rick Cisterna will assume the role of chief growth officer, and Spencer Smith will become chief talent and legal officer.
Following the company's announcement in August, Tom Pokorsky will retire as chief executive and will be succeeded by Benjamin Fash, effective Dec. 30.
