据悉，美股上市公司Mynd.ai主要从事中小学课堂互动平板IFPD硬件销售及配套备授课软件SAAS订阅，产品品牌为Promethean，核心市场位于北美西欧，综合毛利约在30%左右。由于疫情期间课堂平板产品需求激增，导致2023-2025年市场整体陷入低迷调整期，Mynd.ai逐步陷入亏损。

消息人士指，Mynd.ai公司正在积极落实其董事会的强力要求，确保2026年实现EBITDA扭亏为盈。伴随IFPD市场在2026年逐步回暖的趋势，公司正计划大幅减少行政管理、中后台运营等人员，促使管理层级扁平化，将整体员工成本压缩到4500万美元以下，即同比下降25%。同时，公司也将积极寻求将位于北美、西欧的SAAS研发团队转移到亚洲，大幅压低软件研发费用。

Mynd.ai目前市值约2800万美元，仅折合0.15倍市销率。同时根据IFPD市场分析机构futuresource的预测，2025到2029年美国市场IFPD的出货量有望增长一倍以上，年复合增长率达20%，在设备更新周期和终端采购需求回暖的刺激下，彻底走出疫情后的调整期。市场回暖趋势叠加公司正在推动的进一步效率提升措施，公司有望迎来业绩和估值的双重拐点。
