万国黄金(03939)拆细生效交易主战场暂移至临时柜台“02979” 并于12月9日回归“03939”

智通财经APP获悉，11月26日，万国黄金集团(03939)发布自愿性公告，就其股份拆细后的交易安排进行说明。根据公告，万国黄金的股份拆细已于2025年11月25日起正式生效，即以每股面值0.1港元的每1股现有股份(已发行及未发行)拆细为4股每股面值0.025港元的经拆细股份。

为配合拆细后股份的交易过渡，交易所设立了临时交易柜台，股份代号为“02979”，每手买卖单位为8000股经拆细股份。该临时柜台自2025年11月25日上午九时起开放，并将持续运作至2026年1月2日下午四时十分关闭。

与此同时，使用原有股份代号“03939”的交易柜台，已于11月25日上午九时起暂时关闭。值得注意的是，原有交易柜台并非永久关闭，而是定于2025年12月9日上午九时正重新开放。届时，股份交易将采用新的标准交易单位，即每手500股经拆细股份。

因此，在现阶段(11月25日至12月8日期间)，由于股份拆细及交易安排调整，“03939”目前已被暂时剔除出港股通标的名单，而临时股份代号“02979”则新增在港股通范围内，可供内地投资者交易。有意买卖万国黄金集团的投资者，特别是港股通投资者，需通过股份代号“02979”进行操作。待至12月9日，原有代号“03939”将随新交易单位一同恢复交易，届时投资者交易的主战场将重回股份代号“03939”。
