11月25日，德祥地产复牌一度飙升逾70%，截至发稿，现涨40%，报1.28港元。
消息面上，德祥地产宣布，向刘浩然旗下瑞凯集团发行1.008亿股，每股认购价为0.7港元，较上一交易日收盘价每股0.84港元折让约16.67%。认购股份设12个月禁售期，德祥地产表示已向刘浩然发出邀请，拟于完成后委任其为执行董事。
公告称，配售事项所得款项净额约6,876万港元，公司计划用于透过融入Web3生态系统，对传统地产业务的进行策略性转型及升级；投资有利于核心业务发展及资本架构优化的策略性项目及资源；扩大策略合作伙伴关系及地域市场覆盖；及一般营运资金。
