智通财经APP讯，康希诺生物(06185)发布公告，根据《中华人民共和国公司法》《上市公司股份回购规则》《上海证券交易所上市公司自律监管指引第7号—回购股份》，以及《康希诺生物股份公司章程》等相关法律、法规及规范性文件规定，对于回购股份用于员工持股或股权激励的，应当在回购实施完成后三年内按照依法披露的用途进行转让，未按照披露用途转让的，应当在三年期限届满前注销。鉴于公司在三年期限届满前未将全部回购股份用于员工持股计划或股权激励，公司将对回购专用证券账户中对应的40.61万股股票全部予以注销，并相应减少公司注册资本。
