据天眼查App显示，近日，浪潮计算机科技有限公司发生工商变更，新增中国移动旗下上海中移数字转型产业私募基金合伙企业（有限合伙）、山东出版传媒股份有限公司等为股东。同时，注册资本由6亿人民币增至8.4亿人民币，增幅40%。

　　据了解，浪潮计算机科技有限公司 （曾用名：浪潮 （山东） 计算机科技有限公司） 成立于2021年6月，法定代表人为公维锋，经营范围包括计算机软硬件及外围设备制造、计算器设备销售、电子产品销售等。股东信息显示，该公司现由浪潮集团有限公司、山东浪潮集成电子科技有限公司及上述新增股东等共同持股。
