智通财经APP讯，中国科培(01890)发布截至2025年8月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收益18.72亿元人民币，同比增加10.59%;母公司拥有人应占溢利7.48亿元，同比减少9.63%;每股基本盈利0.3719元。
于2024/25学年，本集团拥有约7.7万名全日制学生，包括约6.9万名本科生(同比增长5.4%)。受惠于职业教育的利好政策及学生需求旺盛，2025/26学年本科课程的总新招生人数达2.1万人，同比增长5.0%。学生结构进一步优化，本科生占全日制学生总数的比例达致约89.6%。入学率持续提升，品牌竞争力进一步增强，高质量发展战略稳步推进。
此外，吴嘉雯女士(吴女士)已提呈辞任本公司联席公司秘书，自2025年11月28日起生效。吴女士于辞任联席公司秘书后，亦辞任上市规则第3.05条规定的本公司授权代表。董事会宣布李艳女士已获委任为授权代表，以取代吴女士根据上市规则第3.05条履行授权代表的职责，自2025年11月28日起生效。
