　　本报讯（记者 刘宏伟）近日，天津子安能源有限公司通过认证，成为海关AEO（经认证的经营者）企业。今年以来，我市已新增13家AEO企业，总数达373家。

　　AEO制度是世界海关组织（WCO）《全球贸易安全与便利标准框架》中的核心制度，AEO企业作为海关信用等级最高的企业，可以享受优先办理、减少监管频次等一系列优惠管理措施，能够有效降低企业国际贸易成本，提升国际竞争力。

　　近年来，天津海关聚焦我市外贸优势领域，建立AEO重点培育企业名录，通过“一对一”辅导、政策宣讲会、线上解读等形式，讲解认证标准与申请流程，助力企业完善内控与贸易安全体系。同时，优先将AEO企业纳入远程属地查检等智慧海关改革试点，提升海关作业时效，实现“少查快放”。

　　截至目前，中国与31个经济体签署了AEO互认协议，覆盖57个国家和地区。
