格隆汇11月25日丨德祥地产(00199.HK)发布公告，公司与认购方(即The Reynold Lemkins Group (Asia) Limited，最终实益拥有人为企业家刘浩然)已于2025年11月24日(交易时段前)订立认购协议，据此，公司同意(根据一般授权)发行合共1.008亿股认购股份，而认购方则同意按每股认购股份港币0.7元的认购价认购该等股份。 认购股份占本公布日期已发行股份总数约11.11%，每股认购股份的认购价港币0.7元较收市价港币0.84元折让约16.67%。公司拟动用认购所得款项净额约港币6876万元作以下用途：(i)透过融入Web3生态系统，对集团传统地产业务的进行策略性转型及升级；(ii)投资有利于核心业务发展及资本架构优化的策略性项目及资源；(iii)扩大策略合作伙伴关系及地域市场覆盖；及(iv)一般营运资金。 公司已向联交所申请股份于2025年11月24日上午九时正起短暂停止买卖，以待刊发本公布。公司已向联交所申请于2025年11月25日上午九时正起恢复股份买卖。
