Solvar (ASX:SVR) sold its New Zealand arrears loan book for NZ$8 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company can earn a potential NZ$1.4 million uplift from the sale, based on its performance over the next three years, the filing said.
It also declared a fully franked special dividend of AU$0.025 per share, payable on Jan. 29, 2026, as a result of the sale, the filing added.
Shares of the company rose 6% in recent Tuesday trade.
