智通财经APP讯，中国新经济投资(00080)发布公告，于股东于2025年10月24日举行的股东特别大会上以投票表决方式通过批准更改公司名称的特别决议案后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长已于2025年10月24日发出更改名称注册证书，证明本公司的英文名称由“China New Economy Fund Limited”更改为“ CAI Corp”及采纳中文名称“CAI控股”作为本公司双重外文名称，以代替现有中文名称“中国新经济投资有限公司”，自2025年10月24日起生效。
香港公司注册处于2025年11月7日发出注册非香港公司更改名称注册证书，确认本公司的新英文名称“CAI Corp”及中文名称“CAI控股”分别根据香港法例第 622章公司条例第16部于香港注册登记。
更改公司名称后，本公司英文股票简称将由“CNEWECON FUND”更改为“CAI CORP”及中文股票简称将由“中国新经济投资”更改为“CAI控股”，自2025年12月1日上午九时正起生效。本公司于联交所的股份代号维持不变，为“80”。
