智通财经APP讯，智数科技集团(01159)发布公告，由于需要投放更多注意力及精力处理其他事务，桑康乔先生已提呈辞任公司(i)执行董事及董事会联席主席职务;(ii)公司提名委员会及投资督导委员会各自的主席职务;及(iii)公司薪酬委员会及执行委员会各自的成员职务，由2025年11月27日起生效。于桑先生辞任后，景旭峰先生成为董事会的唯一主席。
于桑先生辞任后，公司执行董事及主席景先生将获委任为上市规则第3.05条项下的公司授权代表，自2025年11月27日起生效。变更后，授权代表为景先生及何俊升先生。
于桑先生辞任后，(i)邬小丽女士已获委任为提名委员会的主席;(ii)景先生已获委任为投资督导委员会的主席;及(iii)胡方辉先生已获委任为薪酬委员会的成员，各自由2025年11月27日起生效。
