11月26日，蔚来创始人、董事长、CEO李斌在微博发布“ET9会客厅”第三十四期，与微软中国首席技术官韦青的对话。

　　AI正快速融入企业经营的各个环节，韦青认为，企业发展下一步要努力摘掉AI的帽子，内化到每个环节。“公司发展到什么时候是AI成熟了呢？就是觉得说AI很寒碜。”他提到，在这之前一定要打好地基，不要一上来就吃“第五个馒头”。

　　“第五个馒头”理论，是韦青在2025年公开演讲中提出的观点，用“馒头”比喻AI落地的五个必要阶段‌。该理论强调：‌人们往往只关注最终的“智能”成果（第五个馒头），却忽视了前期基础建设（前四个馒头）的重要性‌。五个馒头分别对应：文化、人才、流程、数据、智能。
