消息面上，11月13日，辉瑞宣布已成功完成对Metsera公司的收购，交易总价值约92亿美元；通过本次收购，辉瑞将获得Metsera核心资产MET-097i与MET-233i。礼来与诺和诺德也积极布局超长效平台，2025年已分别与Camurus与Ascendis完成战略合作，将利用它们的FluidCrystal与TransCon皮下储库缓控释技术开发超长效减重降糖类产品。
开源证券发布研报称，随着未来越来越多临床数据的披露，超长效管线与技术平台的价值将逐步凸显，我们预计超长效新疗法将成为减重降糖赛道最有差异化的竞争方向。该行指出，抗体偶联、脂肪酸端基修饰、皮下储库缓控释等多项技术能实现超长效给药，其中，歌礼制药已布局皮下储库ULAP技术平台，利用该平台已开发了多款超长效减肥药管线。
