智通财经APP讯，保德国际发展(00372)发布截至2025年9月30日止6个月中期业绩，该集团取得客户合约收入6201.8万港元，同比减少18.43%;公司拥有人应占期间亏损2681.8万港元，同比减少34.8%;每股基本亏损8.86港仙。
公告称，本期间亏损减少主要由于以下因素的综合影响：(i)集团于本期间毛利润增加，原因在于股票经纪业务收入增加，促使本期间的毛利率提高;(ii)集团于本期间于AFC Mercury Fund之投资的未变现公平价值亏损较2024年同期减少;及 (iii)于本期间并无终止一间附属公司综合入帐的一次性净收益，而2024年同期取得终止一间附属公司综合入帐的一次性净收益约1620.4万港元。
