金吾财讯 | 中国银河发研报指，展望2026年，城市发展转向存量提质增效阶段，城市更新大势所趋。国务院办公厅5月15日印发《关于持续推进城市更新行动的意见》，到2030年实现城市人居环境显著改善、功能全面提升。城市更新行动已扩围至35城。“十五五”期间与城市更新相关的地下管网投资预计超5万亿元。与城市更新、老旧小区改造等相关的建筑施工、规划咨询、检验检测、装修装饰等将受益。水电、铁路等重大工程勇立潮头，转型升级觅新机。我国十四五规划和2035年远景目标纲要中提出，实施川藏铁路、国家水网、雅下水电开发等重大工程。雅下水电工程开工，投资额达1.2万亿元。川藏铁路雅安至林芝段总投资约3198亿元。基建龙头有望上述重大工程。监管发布新“并购六条”，促进上市公司转型升级，提高并购重组的监管包容度和交易效率等。建筑企业将受益。
