BUZZ-Kohl's shares surge after raising annual profit forecast
** Shares of U.S. department-store operator Kohl's KSS.N soar 35% to $21.24 in early trading
** Kohl's raises annual profit forecast for second time this year
** Expects FY 2025 earnings per share between $1.25 and $1.45, compared with prior range of 50 cents to 80 cents
** Records third-quarter sales of $3.41 billion topping estimates of $3.22 billion; earnings per share of 10 cents vs estimates of loss of 20 cents- LSEG data
** As of last close, shares up 12% YTD
