智通财经APP获悉，京西国际(02339)近期股价持续走高，月内累计涨幅已超140%。截至发稿，涨13.94%，报1.88港元，成交额2227.07万港元。
消息面上，京西国际此前宣布，拟折让逾34%向控股股东等4名认购方配售4.3亿股，并向控股股东发行4.09亿元发可换股债券。累计所得款项净额7.104亿元。其中40%用作集团波兰生产厂房新建生产线及升级现有生产线；30%用作集团波兰生产厂房的营运资金；25%用作波兰、意大利及法国技术中心的营运资金；及5%用作公司香港总部的营运资金。
公告称，公司进行融资的原因是汽车市场稳健增长及向纯电动车转型的复杂性，导致内燃机、混合动力及电动车元件需求多元化，运营成本和研发投入急剧攀升，同时对营运资金和人才需求也构成压力。此次投资旨在加强京西国际在高端乘用车零部件市场的竞争力，并加速其全球化布局。
