在公司于中国大陆—深圳、广州及重庆—的商业及零售租赁组合中，公司保持稳定。公司的HONKWORK共享办公空间及HonLink汉●林间租赁计划，正以灵活、高效且可持续的解决方案吸引租户。在香港方面，汉国佐敦中心及已全数租出的数据中心持续提供稳定收入，巩固经常性收入基础。
住宅销售由“港汇台”领衔，贡献经营溢利5660万港元。销售表现稳健，而零售楼层“同庆坊”凭借其精心挑选的租户组合能与当地需求相符而表现亮眼，这证明混合用途概念仍受到消费者的青睐。
在酒店方面，日本酒店组合持续表现亮眼。东京及大坂地区入住率与房价均表现强劲，印证公司对该地区的长期投资理念。回归本土，宝轩酒店(中环)预计于2026 年1月正式重新开业，零售铺位已全数租出。公司预期这将成为下半年的重要收入来源。
