智通财经APP讯，金融街证券(01476)发布公告，经股东于临时股东大会批准，银国宏先生获委任为第五届董事会执行董事，谢鑫先生获委任为第五届董事会非执行董事，齐亮先生获委任为第五届董事会独立非执行董事，上述董事任期均将自临时股东大会日期起至第五届董事会任期结束为止。
李晔先生辞任第五届董事会非执行董事及第五届董事会战略与投资决策委员会成员，及杨琴女士辞任第五届董事会非执行董事，均自临时股东大会日期起生效。
公司于2025年11月25日召开职工代表大会，会议审议通过了委任周立军先生为第五届董事会职工代表董事(非执行董事)，其任期将自2025年11月25日起至第五届董事会任期结束为止。
于董事会第三十四次临时会议上，董事会同意聘任于蕾女士为公司副总裁兼财务总监，其任期自董事会第三十四次临时会议审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期结束为止。公司总裁银国宏先生自董事会第三十四次临时会议日期起不再代行财务总监职责。
