Moneymax Financial Services to Raise Over SG$70 Million Through Digital Securities; Shares Up 3%

Moneymax Financial Services (SGX:5WJ) launched a second series of unsecured commercial paper on the ADDX Exchange, targeting to raise between SG$50 million and SG$70 million, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The bonds will bear an interest rate of 4% per year and will mature on a date falling on the expiry of three months from the date of issuance.

Shares of the pawnbroker and retailer of gold, diamond and other luxury goods were up nearly 3% at the close of trading on Friday.
