Non-banking financial company UGRO Capital (NSE:UGROCAP, BOM:511742) said its board will meet on Dec. 1 to consider fundraising through issue of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, according to a Wednesday filing on Indian bourses.
Shares of the company were up nearly 1% in Thursday's trade.
