Tai Cheung (HKG:0088) saw a decline in attributable profit in the six months ended Sept. 30 to HK$25.8 million from HK$36.6 million in the year-ago period, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Earnings per share stood at HK$0.042 in the interim period, down from HK$0.059 in the corresponding period of the last fiscal year.
The real estate company's revenue jumped to HK$18.9 million in the half year from HK$11.8 million a year prior.
The firm declared an interim dividend of HK$0.12 per share, payable Jan. 7, 2026.
The company attributed the lower profit to a decline in interest income.
