智通财经APP讯，TOM集团(02383)发布公告，于2025年11月27日,本公司已发行，而Hutchison Whampoa Europe Investments S.à r.l(认购人)亦已认购，本金总额为45亿港元的后偿永续证券。认购人为长江和记实业有限公司的间接全资附属公司，而长江和记实业有限公司为本公司的其一主要股东。
发行永续证券的所得款项主要用于偿还本公司及其附属公司的重大负债，包括本集团的长期非流动银行贷款连同应计利息(紧接本次发行前，有关金额合共约为40.8亿港元及相关开支。
