第一上海发布研报称，25Q3金沙中国业绩表现良好，随着伦敦人第二期的投入及新的推广活动政策的执行，该行相信集团的收入和利润将能继续提升。该行指出，受益于伦敦人第二期的全面投入服务和新的推广策略，集团的市场份额已有所回升。随着行业的增长和伴随着集团的新策略，预计市场占有率和EBITDA将能继续提升。短期来看，预计集团的EBITDA将能达27-28亿美元。
兴业证券此前指出，金沙中国25Q3业绩如期持续环比改善，收入和EBITDA的同比增幅均较前两个季度保持增长。同时，期内华南地区台风阶段性影响了旅客入澳，若不考虑台风影响，EBITDA表现将更优。期内，伦敦人物业保持爬坡，公司积极调整策略，持续获取新的市场份额。该行看好公司的规模优势、中场运营能力，预计伦敦人将逐步释放潜力。此外，该行认为公司未来股息率仍有提升空间。
