BlockBeats 消息，11 月 26 日，美国联邦特许的加密货币银行 Anchorage Digital 正准备为 USDtb 和 USDe 的持有者推出奖励计划，同时避免以直接提供收益的方式违反美国稳定币相关法律。
Anchorage 表示：机构现在可以在 Anchorage 的平台上持有这两种代币，并在闲置资产上获得奖励，而无需质押或锁定资产。奖励由 Anchorage Digital Neo Ltd.（与 Anchorage Digital Bank 分离的实体）发放，使得 Anchorage 能够在 GENIUS 法案的限制下运作。
该法案于今年通过，为快速发展的稳定币行业制定法律框架，其中 禁止稳定币发行方向用户支付利息，以避免“无监管的银行业务”，也等同于禁止带息稳定币。
Anchorage 表示：“无论是基础稳定币还是相关奖励，都由我们行业领先的托管与安全体系保护。”“我们的奖励计划完全通过与 Anchorage Digital Bank 独立运作的实体提供。”该计划由公司自筹资金，用于让机构在资金管理中获得更高灵活性与资本效率。
