智通财经APP讯，和黄医药(00013)公布，和黄医药自主研发的化合物的数项研究的最新及更新后的数据将于2025年12月5日至7日在新加坡召开的欧洲肿瘤内科学会(ESMO)亚洲年会，以及 2025年12月6日至9日在美国奥兰多召开的美国血液学会(ASH)年会上公布。
抗CD47单克隆抗体HMPL-A83用于治疗晚期实体瘤的首个人体临床试验结果，以及呋喹替尼 (fruquintinib)联合信迪利单抗(sintilimab)用于二线治疗局部晚期或转移性肾细胞癌的FRUSICA-2注册研究中II期部分的结果将于 2025年ESMO亚洲年会公布。此外，索凡替尼 (surufatinib)联合卡瑞利珠单抗 (camrelizumab)和化疗用于一线治疗转移性胰腺癌的II/III期研究中II期部分的结果亦将于大会公布。
