智通财经APP讯，港仔机器人(00370)发布截至2025年9月30日止六个月业绩，持续经营业务收益3244万港元，其中，集团提供销售算力设备及机器人以及提供机器人应用解决方案(统称“机器人与算力业务”)所产生的收益约为2670万港元;地热能业务产生的收益约为240万港元;借贷业务产生的利息收入约为20万港元。
展望未来，集团将以中国香港为支点，辐射全球市场，作为具身智能机器人解决方案服务商致力于为客户提供全套、一站式的具身智能机器人应用解决方案。集团将依据不同的企业应用场景的痛点和需求;基于集团拥有的具身智能大脑平台和数字孪生、人工智能及安全神经网络等关键技术，通过技术创新及技术与产业融合，推动机器人技术从工业领域向未来社区生活服务、健康医疗等场景的落地。
就人工智能与机器人业务发展而言：(i)在中国香港地区，集团将与商业合作伙伴完成具身安保机器人及智慧物业社区机器人的交付与部署工作;(ii)在中国大陆地区，集团目标完成分布式健康医疗机器人及智慧物业社区机器人的定制化设计与产品交付，实现机器人产品的商业化落地。
就现有房地产相关业务而言，集团将继续采取稳健的策略寻找未来的发展机会，重点把人工智能与具身智能机器人业务融合康养地产项目以提供相应服务。集团将重点在大湾区、天津、浙江等地落地此类项目，为客户提供包括具身机器人康养社区建设服务在内的全套未来社区生活服务解决方案。
