Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX:QRI) declared a dividend of AU$0.009207 per share for November, down from AU$0.011445 a year earlier, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The dividend will be paid on Dec. 15 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 4, the filing said.
