Tian Teck Land (HKG:0266) reported a HK$75.4 million attributable loss for the six months ended Sept. 30, narrowing from a HK$277.8 million loss a year earlier, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Loss per share for the fiscal first half came in at HK$0.16, compared with HK$0.59 in the prior-year period.
Revenue came in at HK$152.4 million, compared with HK$156.4 million a year earlier.
The board declared an interim dividend of HK$0.05 per share, down from HK$0.06 a year earlier, payable on Jan. 19, 2026, to shareholders on record as of Dec. 18.
