智通财经APP讯，滇池水务(03768)发布公告，赵明璟先生已辞任公司的公司秘书及停任根据上市规则第3.05条所规定的公司的授权代表;及根据上市规则第19A.13(2)条所规定的公司的授权代表，代公司在中国香港接受送达的法律程序文件、通知书及香港法例第622章公司条例第16部的公司的授权代表(法律程序代理人)，其辞任及停任自2025年11月28日起生效。
经公司于2025年11月28日召开的第一届董事会第二百五十八次会议审议通过，继赵明璟先生辞任后，徐心儿女士(彼具备上市规则第3.28条所规定的必要专业资格及相关经验)已获委任为公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序代理人，其任职自2025年11月28日起生效。
独立非执行董事郑冬渝女士因个人安排，希望投放更多的时间于其他事务，已于2025年11月28日向董事会提交辞呈，辞去独立非执行董事、公司提名委员会主任及公司审计委员会委员的职务，其辞任于其辞呈递交董事会当日(即2025年11月28日)生效。
