智通财经APP讯，安井食品(02648)发布公告，经董事会提名委员会审查同意，董事会第二十五次会议于2025年11月28日审议通过了《关于选举联席董事长的议案》，全票同意选举张清苗先生、章高路先生为公司第五届董事会联席董事长，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。章高路先生担任联席董事长后，其原任公司副董事长职务自动终止。
此外，公司于2025年11月28日召开2025年第一次职工代表大会，选举张光玺先生担任公司第五届董事会职工代表董事，任期自职工代表大会选举通过之日起至第五届董事会届满之日止。
