韩平平女士因其他承担关系而辞任独立非执行董事、薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会成员及提名委员会成员，赵益先生已获委任为独立非执行董事、薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会成员及提名委员会成员，执行董事李婷婷女士将获委任为提名委员会成员，自2025年11月28日起生效。
此外，叶家麒先生已辞任公司的公司秘书，亦不再担任公司授权代表;施晓纶先生已获委任为公司秘书及授权代表。
