智通财经APP讯，现恒建筑(01500)发布截至2025年9月30日止6个月中期业绩，该集团取得收益1.77亿港元，同比增长28.36%;净利润2744.4万港元，去年同期亏损1724.8万港元;每股基本盈利3.31港仙。
公告称，本期间毛利为3460万港元，2024年同期毛损约940万港元。本期毛利率为19.5%，2024年同期毛损率为6.8%，毛利改善主要由于(其中包括)本期间内承接项目的毛利增加，而上年度同期部分项目仍处于建筑初步阶段。
