Whitefield Income (ASX:WHI) completed a placement of 40.1 million shares to wholesale investors at AU$1.32 per share, raising AU$52.9 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The new shares are expected to settle on Dec. 2, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell past 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
