远航港口（08502）发布公告，池州港控股（公司间接拥有72%权益的附属公司）于2025年11月25日与征收部门及实施单位签订补偿协议，协议内容涉及房产的腾空与拆除。
根据补偿协议，池州港控股同意腾空与拆除相关房产，补偿金额合计约为1854万元。补偿款项将在协议签署后30日内支付。该等房产位于中国安徽省池州市，建筑总面积约为7117平方米。根据财务资料，截至2025年6月30日，该房产的未审计账面值约为883万元。
池州港控股预计将录得未审计收益约772万元，收益来源于补偿款项和设备搬迁及拆除成本的预期收益。公司计划将所得款项用于一般运营资金。
