于2025年第三季度，公司新开设2家海底捞餐厅，因租约到期关闭1家海底捞餐厅，另有1家海底捞餐厅因策略调整转为第二品牌餐厅。截止至2025年第三季度末，公司于年内已新开设10家海底捞餐厅，海底捞餐厅的营运总数维持在126家，与上季度持平。
整体平均翻台率为3.9次/天，2024年同期为3.8次/天;整体同店平均翻台率为4.0次/天，2024年同期为3.9次/天。总客流量超过810万人次，较2024年同期的740万人次同比增长9.5%。同店销售额为1.82亿美元，较2024年同期的1.78亿美元同比增长 2.3%。
